G'KNIGHT by Oskar Blues

16 oz can, poured into a typical pint glass.

Pours a beautiful amber to copper color. Yields a decent finger of foamy white head. Good lacing. Extremely active carbonation for the first few minutes.

Aroma is sweet and tropical. Hints of grapefruit, maybe some pineapple, fruity, but a nice hoppy aroma as well. Kind of a unique and different smell to it (in a good way).

Grapefruit notes, mild pineapple sweetness, hard to nail down the exact fruit. Tropical is definitely what we taste though. Sweet, with a great hop bitterness that lets you know you're drinking an imperial IPA. Malty goodness reinforces the sweet, tropical flavor. Smooth.

Smooth, thick, and carbonated just right. Refreshing considering 8.7% ABV and thickness. Great feel with this one.

One of my favorites. A delicious and unique IPA.
